BnJ CoreLife
Privacy Policy
Updated 2026-09-29
This policy explains how BnJ CoreLife handles information when you browse the site, sign in as an invited member, or submit a Pilates assessment.
BnJ CoreLife does not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
Information we collect
Browsing may create ordinary security and diagnostic records such as the request time, IP address, browser, and page address.
Invited members have an account with their name and email address so they can sign in.
A Pilates assessment contains the contact, health, movement, goals, and free-text information you choose to submit, together with your consent and the version and language of the consent wording you agreed to.
How we use information
Assessment information is used to understand your goals, consider whether a program may suit you, and contact you about your submission.
When you submit an assessment, the BnJ CoreLife team receives an email saying a new assessment has arrived. The email does not contain your answers.
Who can see your assessment
Only BnJ CoreLife administrators and owners can open assessments. Platform personnel access them only when needed to operate or secure the service.
Retention and security
Assessment answers are encrypted at rest and protected in transit, and they are kept out of application logs and emails.
Assessments are not deleted automatically. They are kept until you ask for deletion or BnJ CoreLife deletes them. Security records and backups follow their own retention periods.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to request access, correction, deletion, or privacy help. Do not email detailed health information unless support asks for it through an approved channel.
